At Prestige Stay Residences, we are committed to providing a budget-friendly, private, and secure environment for all working professionals and students. To maintain our high standards of zero maintenance living, we request all residents to adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Privacy and Quiet Hours

We respect your independence. There are no mandatory community events or forced gatherings.
Please maintain quiet hours between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents working varying shifts.

2. Food and Kitchen Usage

To keep our pricing budget-friendly and give you total freedom, we do not provide fixed meals.
Residents are welcome to use the fully equipped modular kitchens for self-cooking or order from local eateries.
Please clean up kitchen counters and utensils immediately after use to maintain hygiene standards.

3. Zero Maintenance Policy

Our property management team handles all daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi maintenance, and appliance repairs.
If you notice any plumbing or electrical issues, please notify the Reservation Desk immediately so our team can resolve it at no extra cost to you.
Do not attempt to repair property appliances yourself.

4. Security and Visitors

For the safety of all residents, external visitors are not permitted in the private bedroom areas.
Main doors and security gates must be securely closed after entering or exiting the premises.

5. Cleanliness

While daily housekeeping is provided for rooms and washrooms, residents are expected to keep their personal belongings organized.
Use the provided automatic laundry machines responsibly and do not leave clothes unattended for extended periods.
