Welcome to Prestige Stay Residences. By booking a stay with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and House Rules.

1. Accommodation & Eligibility

This facility is exclusively for Male Working Professionals and select academic students.
Admission is subject to successful submission of KYC documents and Police Verification.

2. Payments & Rent

Rent must be paid on or before the 5th of every month.
Late payments may attract a penalty charge.
Rent includes accommodation, electricity (up to capped limit), Wi-Fi, and housekeeping.

3. Security Deposit & Refund Policy
A security deposit is required upon booking. This deposit is fully refundable upon vacating, provided that:

You provide a mandatory 1-month notice before leaving.
There is no damage to the property or furniture.
All dues are cleared.

4. House Rules (Strict Adherence)

To ensure a peaceful environment for all residents:

No Alcohol/Drugs: Consumption or possession of alcohol and illegal substances is strictly prohibited on premises.
Visitors: Female visitors are not allowed inside the PG premises. Male guests are allowed only with prior management approval.
Quiet Hours: Residents must maintain silence in common areas after 11:00 PM.

5. Termination of Stay

Management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any resident immediately without refund if they are found engaging in illegal activities, harassment, or repeated violation of house rules.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
